Understanding Emotion

and Finding Peace

Dr. Jared McCollum is your Emotion Coach

My patients needed more…

After many years in practice I recognized my patients need more than just treatment. They needed education and support to find true lasting balance in their lives. With that in mind I spent the last decade developing The Five Elements of Letting Go. A comprehensive course to help everyone better understand their emotions and how to let go. Now I spend as much time as I can to educate and share this message to help as many people as possible. You too can walk the path of The Five elements of Letting Go and find true peace.

Emotions are not negative or positive…they are only signals of perceived imbalance…they are revealing to us how we are interpreting a current stimulus. It is up to us to choose who to respond. We are not to express or repress this emotion, we are to transform the energy created by this extreme emotion into its synergistic expression, then using that energy to act in positive ways to let go and transform our lives.
